California born designer, Claudia Lucia Aragon, founded Cornetti Sandals in 2012 while living and studying along the Amalfi Coast in Italy. She was inspired to create a line of handcrafted sandals that evoked the spirit of the beautiful Italian land, waters, and culture around her. She sought out and found a family of artisan shoemakers in Southern Italy who could bring her colorful and unique creations to life.
She set about designing her sandals in the timeless image and simple elegance of Mediterranean culture. Since its inception, Cornetti Sandals have been made from the highest quality and mindfully sourced Italian leathers. The soles of all styles are made in Cuoio leather. Each pair is meticulously hand-crafted to last for summers to come while their feminine appearance renders them as a chic go-to for everyday wear.
